    Alcoholics Anonymous  aa
Alcoholics Anonymous was founded in America in 1936. It is a worldwide fellowship of individuals, working in small groups, who wish to overcome this addiction. Remarkably, each small group is self-managed and self-funded.
They meet here on:
Mondays 6-7pm
Tuesdays 1-2pm & 6-7pm & ACA meets 7-8pm
Thursdays 6-7pm
Saturdays 6-7pm

    Cruse
This is a bereavement counselling and support group which meets here on an occasional basis, that being once a month on a Wednesday. Since March 2020 the service has been more online, with some discussion about actual meetings.
Please refer to their Website for further information.

    Cyclox
Cyclox is a charity connected to the County Council. They encourage and support cycling, wishing ‘to put cycling at the heart of Oxford’.
We host them occasionally when they meet about general business matters.
Please see their Website for further information on activities etc.

m    Mandarin Bible Study
This is a new venture in 2021 whereby a group of Chinese Christians are holding Bible study at our Church on Friday evenings from 6pm.

    Oxford City Singers    cs
OCS was founded in 2009 by Michelle Creswell as a lighter, but still musically proper, choral venture. St Michael’s hosts them on Thursday evenings 7pm to 8.30pm for their rehearsals. We are delighted by the long queue forming outside and then by the joyous sound filling our Church.
Please see their Website here for further details.

    Samaritans     s
Samaritans began in 1953 in England and is now a world wide network, known primarily for its outstanding work in suicide counselling.
They use St Michael’s as a base on Friday evenings when they are out and about in the City’s streets helping those in need.

   Trinity Church     tc
Trinity Church is a member of FIEC (Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches) and generally meets at the Curzon Cinema in Westgate.
They are youth-oriented and happily share some of  their enthusiasm with us on Sunday evenings during term at 6pm, when they hold their evening service here at St Michael’s.
