How to find us

cornmarket-towerSt Michael at the North Gate is located at the corner of Ship Street and Cornmarket Street in the centre of Oxford. Parking is limited, so if you are arriving by car, using the Park and Ride is recommended.

Visitor Centre
The church is open for private prayer from 10.30am to 5.00pm (10.30am to 4.00pm in Winter) nearly every day of the year. The Saxon Tower is also open to visitors when the church is open.
We have for sale painted window panels and window transfers taken from our own Church windows, and other products of St Michael’s including fridge magnets. You will also find cards, guide books and gift ideas.

By Car
The church is located in the centre of Oxford, which is accessible via junction 9 of the M40 coming from the North and junction 8 of the M40 coming from London.
